What is DTF Printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a revolutionary process that prints your designs onto specially coated PET film. Using heat transfer, these designs adhere to various fabrics, offering superior versatility compared to traditional printing methods.

How the DTF Printing Process Works:

  1. Print on Film
    • Your design is printed onto PET film using advanced RIP software, ensuring high-quality detail and color accuracy.
  2. Powdering
    • A hot-melt powder is uniformly applied to the freshly printed design, enhancing the adhesion to your chosen fabric. Our automated inline shakers guarantee consistency.
  3. Powder Curing
    • The powdered film is passed through a curing oven for 2-3 minutes at approximately 120°C, ensuring the powder melts evenly.
  4. Heat Transfer
    • Using a heat press, the cured film is transferred onto the fabric at 140-160°C for 10-15 seconds, bonding the design securely.
  5. Post-Pressing
    • For optimal results, the fabric is pressed again for 5-8 seconds, improving durability and enhancing resistance to washing and wear.

Artwork Requirements:

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork:

  • File Format: Acceptable formats are PDF, PNG, or TIF with a transparent background.
  • Resolution: Submit designs at 300-900 DPI for sharp, clear prints.
  • Size: Ensure your artwork matches the exact size you want printed (270 x 1000mm).
  • Color Mode: Files should be saved in CMYK to ensure accurate color reproduction.

Important Notes:

  • Do not flip or mirror your artwork.
  • Remove any unwanted background elements before submission.
  • Avoid fine details smaller than 1mm or transparency effects, as these may not print properly.

Care Instructions:

To maintain your prints’ vibrant appearance and longevity:

  • Wash garments inside out using cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Avoid tumble drying; air dry instead.
  • Do not bleach.
  • When ironing, turn garments inside out to protect the design.

We offer extensive customization for a range of design needs, excluding logo creation. Logo design is not included in this service and will incur an additional fee if needed. Usually, for designs that require specific images, logos, or fonts, clients must provide these assets in high resolution to ensure optimal print quality.
Fixed Revisions
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions. We encourage clients to work closely with our graphic designers, who are dedicated to refining the design until it meets your satisfaction.
Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable
Once the design process has begun, the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Open and continuous communication with our design team helps ensure that the final product aligns with your vision.
Upfront Payment
Full payment is required upfront before design work can commence. This policy enables our team to fully dedicate their resources and attention to your project from the beginning.
Ownership and Usage Rights

Free Designs and Templates

We offer a selection of Free Designs and Templates for your convenience. Please review the following guidelines when using our free design options:
Limited Customization
Free templates are provided “as-is,” and only text can be customized. The background, images, fonts, and colors in these templates are fixed and cannot be altered.
Optional Paid Modifications
If you would like a free template to be tailored to your specific needs beyond text changes, this will incur our standard design fee. Our team is happy to modify templates to meet your individual preferences within the scope of a paid design service.
Complex Design Requests
We reserve the right to decline requests for complex design modifications. The design fee listed on our website covers basic design services only. If you have paid for design services and we determine that your design request requires more extensive work, we will provide a revised quote or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
