🎨 Artwork Guidelines for Print
Creating artwork files for print is a key step in transforming your creative vision into a polished, professional product. This guide will help you move from concept to print with ease—covering file types, sizes, color modes, and essential preparation tips.
Whether you're uploading your design through our website or emailing it to us, following these guidelines ensures a smooth process and high-quality results.
🔔 Important Note
Submitting only logos or images does not qualify as a print-ready file. If your submission includes only these elements, graphic design services will be required and an additional fee will apply.
🎨 Color Modes: RGB vs. CMYK
- RGB (Red, Green, Blue): Used for screens (TVs, computers, smartphones). Not suitable for printing. RGB files may print with unexpected color changes.
- CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black): Required for print. Ensures color consistency.
To get vibrant black, use: C: 50% M: 50% Y: 50% K: 100%

💡 Tips for Preparing Print-Ready Files
- Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi for standard print, 150 dpi for large format.
- Fonts: Convert to outlines or embed them to avoid missing fonts.
- Color Mode: Always convert artwork to CMYK.
- File Names: Avoid using special characters like &, %, #, etc.
- Image Quality: Avoid low-resolution logos/images—they will appear pixelated when printed.
