This notice explains how ELLESI website content, design work and customer-supplied artwork may be used.
ELLESI website content
Unless stated otherwise, ELLESI owns or licenses the text, layouts, graphics, photographs, product presentations, software and other original material published on this website.
You may view the site and keep a reasonable copy of order information for your own personal or internal business use. Please do not reproduce, sell, republish, scrape, modify or use our content to create competing material without written permission from ELLESI.
Artwork supplied by customers
You keep ownership of artwork that belongs to you. When you upload or send a file, you give ELLESI permission to inspect it, prepare it for production, reproduce it and retain an order record for the purpose of quoting, proofing, manufacturing, delivery and customer support.
Please supply only artwork, logos, photographs, fonts and other material that you own or have permission to use. If you are unsure, ask the owner before sending the file to ELLESI.
Design work created by ELLESI
A design-service payment covers the deliverables and customer use described in the order or quotation. ELLESI working files, templates, licensed fonts, stock assets and reusable production elements remain with ELLESI unless the order says otherwise. See our Design services page for the workflow.
Report a content concern
If you believe something on this website or in customer-supplied artwork should not be used, email sales@ellesi.co.za. Include the relevant work, the location of the material, your connection to it and your contact details so ELLESI can review the concern.
