Need print-ready artwork? ELLESI can turn your supplied copy, logo and images into a practical layout for the product you are ordering.
What the standard service includes
- A layout for one selected print product and size.
- Placement of the text, logo and suitable images you supply.
- Basic typesetting, alignment and print preparation.
- A digital proof for checking before production.
- Up to two reasonable revision rounds, unless the product or quotation states otherwise.
What is quoted separately
New logo or brand identity development, illustration, copywriting, image retouching, complex redraws, large multi-page layouts, multiple concepts, stock imagery, unusual font licensing and extra revision rounds are outside the standard product design service. We will confirm scope and price before doing additional work.
What to send us
Provide final wording, the correct contact details, your highest-quality logo, suitable photographs, preferred colours, examples you like and any brand guidelines. You confirm that you have permission to use everything supplied.
How the process works
- Select Design for me, complete the product options and place the order.
- Send the requested content and a clear brief using your order number.
- We prepare a proof after payment and after all usable content has been received.
- You request an included revision or approve the proof in writing.
- Production lead time begins after final approval.
Approval and files
Check every proof carefully. Approval confirms the spelling, contact information, layout, images, colours and product specification. A change after approval may incur a new design or production charge.
The service delivers approved artwork for the ordered product. Editable source files, templates, paid fonts, stock licences and working files are not included unless your quotation expressly lists them. Read our Copyright notice for ownership details.
Timing
Design time is separate from production time and depends on the brief, the quality of supplied content and how quickly feedback is provided. Tell us about a fixed deadline before ordering so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
