A lead time is the estimated production period before your order is ready to collect or hand to a courier. Delivery time is additional.
When the clock starts
Production starts on the next applicable business day after we have both cleared payment and approved, print-ready artwork. If we need information, revised artwork or proof approval, the lead time remains paused until it is received.
How business days are counted
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, South African public holidays and announced ELLESI closure periods. Orders placed, paid or approved after the daily production cut-off may begin the following business day.
Orders with several products
When products have different production times, the longest lead time normally applies to the whole order. If you need completed items released separately, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and any extra collection or delivery cost.
Delivery after production
Collect from our studio
Free collection after we notify you that the order is ready. Please do not travel before receiving the ready-for-collection message.
Send your own courier
Book your courier only after our ready notice. You are responsible for the booking, collection instructions and courier charges.
ELLESI nationwide courier
R220 for the current standard service. Allow an estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote-area or exceptional delivery requirements may need a revised quote.
Urgent deadlines
Tell us the required date before paying. Rush production is subject to capacity, materials, artwork readiness and written confirmation, and may carry an additional fee. A requested date is not guaranteed until ELLESI confirms it.
