Terms for Paid Design Services

Our Paid Design Services offer personalized solutions tailored to your needs. By opting for this service, you agree to:

1. Scope of Service

• Included: Full customization of layouts, colors, text, and existing asset integration
• Excluded: Logo creation (available as separate service)
• Client must provide: High-resolution logos/images (300DPI min), brand colors, and approved fonts

2. Revisions Policy

• 2 free revision rounds included per project
• Additional revisions billed at R250/hour (minimum 1 hour)
• Major concept changes after approval may require requoting

3. Payment Terms

• 100% payment required before work begins
• Quotes valid for 14 days from issue date
• Rush fees (24-48hr turnaround): +50% of project fee

4. Cancellation Policy

• Before work starts: Full refund
• After first proof: 50% refund
• After second revision: No refunds

5. Intellectual Property

• Final rights transfer only after full payment
• We retain right to display work in our portfolio
• Stock imagery/licenses remain responsibility of client

6. Free Template Terms

• Text-only changes (names/dates)
• No color/font/layout modifications
• Errors in customer-provided text not our responsibility
