0.6mm Chromadek Sign Face
The sign face is produced from 0.6mm Chromadek sheet, a coated galvanised steel material commonly used for durable indoor and outdoor signage. 25 × 25mm Square-Steel Frame
The frame is manufactured from 25 × 25 × 1.6mm square steel tubing. The steel sections are cut, welded and finished to create a rigid supporting structure behind the Chromadek sheet.
The Chromadek panel sits directly against the steel frame and is secured using rivets. The steel frame remains behind the sign rather than forming a thick decorative border around the front.

Artwork Requirements
Please upload high-resolution artwork at the correct proportions. Vector formats such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG are recommended for logos, text and line graphics. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be suitable when supplied at the correct dimensions and resolution.
If you do not have print-ready artwork, select design assistance when ordering. Please verify all names, telephone numbers, addresses, website details and spelling before approving the final design.
Mounting and Installation
The framed sign is supplied as a completed unit. The correct wall fixings, brackets or installation method will depend on the sign size, wall construction, mounting height and wind exposure.
Installation and wall-mounting hardware are not included unless specifically stated in your order or quotation. Large framed signs should be installed by a suitably experienced signage installer or contractor.
Packaging and Delivery
Each framed Chromadeck sign is protected using surface covering, cushioning, reinforced cardboard and corner protection to reduce the risk of scratching, bending and impact damage during transport.
Unlike an unframed Chromadeck sheet, a completed framed sign cannot be rolled for shipping. Larger sizes therefore require flat transport and may need specialised freight, local delivery or customer collection.
We use The Courier Guy for eligible courier deliveries. The available delivery method and cost will depend on the completed packed dimensions, weight and destination.
