Foldable metal easel stand for wedding and event boards

This adjustable metal easel supports large rigid signs while keeping the supporting structure discreet behind the board. The sign board rests directly on the ground and the foldable metal frame sits behind it.

Sold as one stand

Every variation on this page includes one Foldable Metal Easel Stand. This product is not sold as a set of two. If two stands are required for a wider display, order a quantity of two.

Regular stand supplied; counterweight sold separately

The black water-fillable counterweight bottle is not included and is sold separately as an optional add-on. Product images show the empty regular base so the included hardware is clear.

Choose Small or Large

• Small: adjustable stand height from 1–2m.
• Large: adjustable stand height from 1.5–3m.
• Stand width: 20cm for both sizes.

These measurements describe the adjustable stand height and width; they are not a guaranteed maximum board size or wind rating.

Choose a finish

Select black, white or gold to suit the sign and event styling.

Correct easel position

The easel is installed behind the board—not beside it as a decorative leg. From a straight front view, the support should be mostly or completely hidden. An optional separately purchased counterweight bottle may be positioned on the base where additional stability is appropriate.

Choosing the quantity

One stand may suit a narrower board. A larger or wider sign may require two independently purchased stands for balanced support. Final suitability depends on board size, weight, material, location and weather exposure.

Indoor and outdoor guidance

Outdoor suitability must be assessed for the specific board and conditions. Order two stands where required, add the separately purchased counterweight bottle when appropriate, and do not use the display in unsafe wind conditions.

Assembly and storage

Position the easel behind the board on a firm, level surface and follow the supplier setup instructions. If an optional water counterweight is used, empty and dry it before transport or storage. Fold and store the stand indoors when not in use.

Board sold separately

This product supplies one foldable metal easel stand only. The printed board and water counterweight bottle are not included. For a custom wedding sign, seating chart, ACM board or Correx board, request a custom quote.
