These terms describe how ELLESI and the customer work together on quotations, website orders, artwork, production, collection, delivery and support.
1. About ELLESI
ELLESI supplies print, signage, design and related products from 130 St Georges Road, Observatory, Johannesburg, 2198. Contact us at sales@ellesi.co.za or 069 707 5352.
2. Quotations, orders and payment
A website total or quotation is based on the information available at the time. ELLESI will contact the customer if an obvious pricing error, unavailable material, unsuitable specification or changed requirement needs to be resolved before production.
An order moves into production after payment is confirmed, the product specification is complete and any required artwork is approved. Custom quotation validity and payment terms appear on the quotation. Prices are displayed in rand (R), with tax, delivery and optional services shown before payment or stated in the quote.
An online account is created when an order is placed so the customer can view relevant order information. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep account access secure.
3. Artwork, proofs and customer instructions
The customer can upload finished artwork, send it after ordering, or purchase the displayed ELLESI design service. Customer-supplied wording, dimensions, names, numbers, logos and instructions must be accurate and ready for the intended use.
A proof approval authorises ELLESI to manufacture the order. Please check every visible detail before approval. Changes requested afterwards may add cost and restart the lead time. Screen colour, printed colour, trimming, finishing and dimensions can have reasonable production variation; ask ELLESI about a sample or colour-matching arrangement before ordering when an exact result is essential.
4. Lead times, collection and delivery
The ready date shown on a product page is an estimate based on the configured production days. It begins after cleared payment and final artwork approval where artwork is required. Weekends, public holidays and announced ELLESI closure periods are not counted. See Lead times for the calculation.
Wait for the ELLESI ready notice before collecting. Courier delivery time is separate from production time. Customers must provide a complete, accessible delivery address and should report visible parcel damage promptly with photographs of the product and packaging.
5. Design work and customer-supplied content
The selected design service covers the scope and revisions shown on the product or quotation. Customer artwork remains with the customer or its owner. ELLESI retains its existing templates, methods, working files and licensed resources unless the order states otherwise. See our Copyright page for practical details.
6. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds
Tell ELLESI as soon as possible if an order needs to change. Custom work that has already entered artwork preparation or production may have completed costs that cannot be reversed. ELLESI will explain the order status and available options before proceeding.

7. Customer checks and ELLESI support
ELLESI is responsible for producing the accepted specification with reasonable care. The customer is responsible for accurate supplied information, suitable use of the product and following installation, handling or storage guidance. When a material, machine, courier or other unexpected issue affects an order, ELLESI will communicate the impact and proposed next step.
8. Website and account use
Please use the website and customer account only for genuine enquiries and orders. Do not interfere with site security, upload harmful files or attempt to access another customer’s information. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Updates to these terms
ELLESI may update these terms when products, services or order processes change. The version attached to an accepted order remains the working reference for that order unless ELLESI and the customer agree to a change.
