Comprehensive Customization

We offer extensive customization for a range of design needs, excluding logo creation. Logo design is not included in this service and will incur an additional fee if needed. Usually, for designs that require specific images, logos, or fonts, clients must provide these assets in high resolution to ensure optimal print quality.

Fixed Revisions

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions. We encourage clients to work closely with our graphic designers, who are dedicated to refining the design until it meets your satisfaction.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable

Once the design process has begun, the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Open and continuous communication with our design team helps ensure that the final product aligns with your vision.

Upfront Payment

Full payment is required upfront before design work can commence. This policy enables our team to fully dedicate their resources and attention to your project from the beginning.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon final payment and completion of the project, clients gain full ownership and usage rights to the design for the specified purposes.

Post-Approval Changes

Once you have approved the artwork, any subsequent changes will incur additional charges. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction before final approval.

Should the client choose to cancel the service after work has commenced, please note that the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, our team is committed to adjusting the design as needed to meet your preferences. Free Designs and Templates

We offer a selection of Free Designs and Templates for your convenience. Please review the following guidelines when using our free design options:

Limited Customization

Free templates are provided “as-is,” and only text can be customized. The background, images, fonts, and colors in these templates are fixed and cannot be altered.

Optional Paid Modifications

If you would like a free template to be tailored to your specific needs beyond text changes, this will incur our standard design fee. Our team is happy to modify templates to meet your individual preferences within the scope of a paid design service.

Complex Design Requests

We reserve the right to decline requests for complex design modifications. The design fee listed on our website covers basic design services only. If you have paid for design services and we determine that your design request requires more extensive work, we will provide a revised quote or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
