0.6mm Chromadeck material

The sign face is manufactured from 0.6mm Chromadeck sheet, a coated steel material widely used for durable business signage. It produces a smooth, clean surface for vibrant custom printing while retaining the rigidity expected from a metal shop sign.

Available standard sizes

Choose from 60 × 60cm, 100 × 100cm, 120 × 120cm, 180 × 90cm, 200 × 120cm, 240 × 120cm or 300 × 120cm. The 180 × 90cm option is preselected as a practical starting size for many shop fronts.

Custom sizes and custom business branding

Every Chromadek shop sign is produced with your own branding. Supply print-ready artwork containing your logo, colours, business information and promotional message, or select design assistance if you need help preparing the layout. For a non-standard size, special construction or multi-panel installation, request a custom quote.

Construction options

Chromadeck Sheet

A 0.6mm Chromadeck sheet for direct installation against a suitable wall, fascia or other rigid surface.

With Steel Frame

The Chromadeck sheet is fixed with rivets to a welded rear support frame made from 25 × 25 × 1.6mm square steel tubing with a black finish. The frame sits behind the printed face and provides added support.

With Steel Frame + Aluminium Angle Edging

Combines the welded rear steel support frame with 25 × 25 × 2.5mm aluminium angle edging for a supported and neatly finished custom business sign. Aluminium edging is only available with the steel frame.

Artwork requirements and design assistance

Upload finished, print-ready artwork through the product artwork uploader. For the best result, use correctly sized artwork with outlined or embedded fonts and suitable image resolution. If you do not have production-ready artwork, choose design assistance and provide your wording, logo and preferred colours; our team will prepare a design for your approval before production.

Installation guidance

Installation requirements depend on the wall, fascia, sign size, local wind exposure and chosen construction. Use fixings suited to the building substrate and have large or framed signage installed by a competent sign installer. This product does not include poles or a pole-mounted configuration.

Packaging and delivery

Smaller standard sheets are packed flat, while selected larger unframed sheets are packed using the safest suitable method. Steel-framed or aluminium-edged signs may require different freight handling because their finished construction cannot always use the rolled-package dimensions shown for the standard sheet. We will confirm any special freight requirement before dispatch. Nationwide courier service is arranged through established delivery networks such as The Courier Guy.
